BlenderNewbies never sells or shares any customer information with anyone, for any reason. Your e-mail address is required to send order confirmation information, or to alert you if there were any problems with an order.

All credit card transactions are made through Paypal and are encrypted via their secure server, making it virtually impossible for your personal information and credit card number to be stolen during your purchase. Information is automatically sent with a high level of data encryption. To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

Terms of Service

All BlenderNewbies Tutorial DVDs are non-refundable. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting your final purchase as we do not refund orders of downloadable tutorials or assets. If you encounter a technical problem with your order we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. BlenderNewbies DVDs are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If any purchase should be damaged in shipping or prove to be a defective copy, we will replace it with a new one. This guarantee is valid up to 30 days after the date of purchase. All DVDs will only be exchanged with another copy of the same product. All of our DVDs are non-refundable.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Your credit card company will automatically convert the amount of your order based on current exchange rates. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country may have for importing these DVDs.
